1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RottiePupHub website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Purchase Agreement
All puppy sales are governed by a written Puppy Purchase Agreement signed by both buyer and seller. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup. All sales are final once the puppy has been delivered and accepted.
3. Health Guarantee
RottiePupHub provides a written health guarantee covering hereditary and congenital conditions for a period specified in your Puppy Purchase Agreement. The health guarantee requires the buyer to maintain regular veterinary care and provide appropriate nutrition and living conditions. The guarantee is void if the puppy is subjected to abuse, neglect, or improper care.
4. Delivery and Shipping
RottiePupHub offers ground delivery for local buyers and airline transport for out-of-state buyers. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. RottiePupHub is not liable for delays caused by airline schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. The buyer assumes responsibility for the puppy upon delivery.
5. AKC Registration
All puppies are sold with full AKC registration. RottiePupHub will provide AKC registration paperwork within 30 days of sale. Buyers are responsible for completing the transfer of registration with AKC.
6. Return Policy
RottiePupHub does not accept returns. However, we are committed to the welfare of every puppy we produce. If a buyer is genuinely unable to keep a puppy, please contact us before surrendering the dog to a shelter. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
7. Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. RottiePupHub makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of website content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.
